About An Ode to the Binding Royal Covenant

When the kingdom's sacred Eternal Verse is stolen and his mother is murdered, a poisoned young prince feigns weakness to uncover the truth, unaware that the shadow assassin sent to end his life is actually bound to him by blood, debt, and destiny. Prince Leonardo of Windsor survived deadly poison only to watch his royal lineage crumble into deception. Branded a feeble heir, he conceals his brilliant mind behind a fragile facade to secretly investigate the treason behind his mother's tragic demise. Enter Severin, the feared commander of the realm's deadliest shadow guild. Hired by a corrupt regent to silence Leonardo forever, Severin instead finds himself torn by an unpaid life debt owed to the late queen. Operating under false identities, prince and assassin form an uneasy alliance against the usurper tearing their nation apart. In a lavish world of courtly treachery, ancient covenants, and forbidden passions, their masquerade blossoms into an unbreakable bond. Together, they unravel a conspiracy threatening the throne, shatter the chains of royal birthright, and choose love and boundless freedom over crowned dominion.
