About I Got More Than I Bargained For: My Alien Tenant

When young extraterrestrial Leo crash-lands on Earth and rents a bustling city apartment, his floating sleep habits and spark-throwing body spark hilarious chaos with his nosy neighbors. Trying desperately to pass as human, Leo only succeeds in fueling wild conspiracy theories. His imaginative landlord Darnell is convinced Leo is cooking up illicit high-tech experiments, while Emily, the overly curious writer across the hall, pegs him as a covert undercover agent. The eccentric investigative duo digs through his trash, cuts the building’s power, and mistakes his everyday extraterrestrial gadgets for deadly weapons of mass destruction. Innocent Leo misreads their ridiculous surveillance as genuine Earth hospitality, eagerly playing along and triggering non-stop comedic disasters. But when an explosive electrical storm threatens to burn down the entire complex, Leo bravely braves live high-voltage wires to save everyone in sight. Touched by the warmth, laughter, and quirky family he accidentally found, Leo faces the ultimate choice when a rescue ship calls him back to his home planet: return to the stars, or stay forever with the humans he now calls home.
